Allied to the M&A portfolio Red Dragon seeks to find more company’s in distress that need alternative assistance to avoid liquidation proceedings. Profits in this portfolio are very lucrative but cannot be relied upon for consistency by their very definition.

It is a know statistic that one in five bank loans go sour and for companies not fortunate enough to already be on a stock exchange – their access to capital is restricted to debt parameters form lending institutions not geared to offer tailor solutions. Given that Red Dragon can participate in a hybrid of equity and/or debt structures we select those firms we feel we can have an honest and agreeable working relationship with to wards exit.

Feel free to recommend to us firms that require funding and we can look into a co-operative due diligence analysis. Funding form as little as U$1m to U$75m can be considered.
